General Manager

Porterville Distribution Hub

Overview of Position

Zero Nox, Inc. is looking for a General Manager to oversee our Porterville Distribution hub.  We are looking for a talented and organized individual that can manage and oversee the daily demands of our manufacturing, sales, customer excellence and back-office teams. We need someone who is a great problem solver and can work alongside a multifaceted group of individuals and teams. This role will report directly to the company Chief Operating Officer (COO). If you are a natural team leader with strengths in organization and interpersonal skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, this may be the role for you!

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee and direct daily activities of the Porterville Hub operations, specifically working with 3 Divisional Managers (Sales, Customer Excellence, Factory).

  • Develop and implement strategic plans, Divisional KPI’s, and policies to improve overall business functions of Porterville Hub and future ZeroNox Hubs.

  • Train, guide, and direct other ZeroNox Hub Managers and Divisional Managers communicating business goals and culture.

  • Setup, support, and monitor new and existing ZeroNox Hubs.

  • Maintain Porterville Hub budget and sales forecasting.

  • Schedule and lead staff meetings to discuss updates, issues, feedback, and to create solutions to issues that come up within the company’s operations.

  • Monitor inventory levels across ZeroNox Hubs and develop processes for efficient supply chain management, customer service, and product Quality Control.

  • Assist HR in recruiting, training, and evaluating employees and ensure staff complies with company policy and procedures.

  • Provide feedback and make recommendations that increase the success of marketing efforts and the effectiveness of current marketing strategies at reaching target markets.


Requirements and Qualifications

Skills and qualifications should include:

  • A BA or Associates degree in management or related work experience.

  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills to work with a wide variety of people, build relationships and organize teams.

  • Exceptionally organized and detailed-oriented.

  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and create action plans from data insights.

Zero Nox, Inc. is looking for a talented and experienced Sales Representative to generate and facilitate sales for our Porterville distribution hub. This individual needs to be self-motivated and capable in generating leads and meeting sales goals. A mechanical knowledge base is preferred but any individual who is confident that they can quickly acquire and demonstrate this knowledge is encouraged to apply. This role is ideal for goal-oriented professionals who thrive working in a fast-paced environment, reaching out and making connections with new people and has a passion for sales. Duties and Responsibilities

ZeroNox is seeking a junior Electrical Engineer that will solve complex problems and work alongside talented engineers and designers who have a passion for driving innovation in our EV systems and services. We love people who think big and like to get their hands dirty.

What will you be doing?

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment at our California HQ to develop, integrate, and test electrical equipment components and electrical systems for lithium-ion battery systems. Our team works alongside international strategic partners to evaluate prototypes and initial production systems with digital systems design and validation principles.
